Choosing what is the best plan to fix your septic system can be confusing. Below we have listed some options that will make your decision easier. Chamber Field Lines

E Z Flow Field Line
E Z Flow field lines are another popular alternative style of field line. The cost of this type of field is the same as the Chamber type. Both Chamber and E Z Flow systems get the same reduction of 65% verses pipe and gravel.24" Riser lids
We suggest every septic tank have at least one 24" riser on it. All septic tanks installed since 1998 should have a riser lid on the inlet and outlet side of the septic tank to make for easy access to the filter inside the septic tank. The filter inside the septic tank needs to be cleaned every 3-5 years. We suggest cleaning the filter during your routine septic pumping. Once the risers are installed you will not have to dig up the septic tank to have it worked on.
Residential Filters
The State of Georgia requires that all septic systems installed after 1998 have to be equiped with a filter inside the septc tank. This will help to keep anything large from entering the leach field and causing premature failing of the field lines. This filter will clog due to the debris that is catches. If you have your tank pumped out every 3-5 years and the filter cleaned your system will last much longer than one with out a filter and no maintainence.
